The Licensed Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of an outpatient behavioral health clinic in Penn Yan, NY. This role involves supervising other therapists and providing mentorship to new graduate therapists.
Working collaboratively with the Associate Director and Site Administrator, the supervisor will work with clients individually or in group settings to address mental health concerns.
Qualifications
Education:
Masters in Social Work
Licensure:
LCSW and NYS Driver’s License free of violations as per clinic policy.
Experience:
2 years of leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting, with knowledge of OMH regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, and attributes of a role model.
