• Must currently hold a valid license in Ohio. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) is required. LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC certification is also necessary.

• Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.

• This is a full-time position with day shifts and a weekend rotation.

• The salary range for BSW graduates is $51K-$70K, while for MSW graduates it is $56K-$78K, depending on previous experience.

• Assess interpersonal and societal issues affecting individuals' overall health and well-being, including planning for their discharge.

• Utilize supportive counseling techniques, conduct crisis interventions, and organize therapeutic, support, and educational groups to help patients develop effective coping strategies in the face of lifestyle changes due to illness or disability.

• Act as a representative of The HealthCare System in local community boards and task forces, as appropriate.

• Stay updated on current legislation that may impact social work practices.

• Adhere to the ethical codes set by the Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board.
