We are currently seeking a full-time SolidWorks Sanitary Project Designing Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. We specialize in custom structural, system, and metal component manufacturing for various industries, including biotechnology, food, and pharmaceutical companies. - Managing projects to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Developing and overseeing schedules and budgets for various custom engineering projects
- Designing, engineering, fabricating, and testing custom engineering projects
- Reviewing detailed 3D SolidWorks drawings for custom engineering projects
- Collaborating with vendors, customers, and engineering and production teams
- Working in tandem with and supporting project engineers
- Developing and maintaining the Production Ready Library
- Creating Engineering Change Notices and bills of materials
- Coordinating integrations and overseeing field installations
To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Engineer, with an additional two years of experience in biotechnology, food, and/or pharmaceutical industries focusing on sanitary piping
- Possess a four-year engineering degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Stable employment history and work ethic
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Residence within 45 minutes of Whitewater, WI
