- Join our team at an 80-bed long term and short-term facility situated in the beautiful town of Oneonta, New York. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations of Residents and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement activities that promote Residents' independent functioning.
- Monitor Residents' performance during assigned tasks.
- Assess and document Residents' progress regularly.
- Aid in the rehabilitation of Residents with disabilities caused by injury, illness, or other conditions.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Protect Resident confidentiality by handling sensitive information securely.
- Maintain accurate documentation of Resident care services and review related records.
- Foster a cooperative relationship with the healthcare team and actively contribute to team efforts.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
- Valid New York State License.
- Prior experience is advantageous.
