Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess and diagnose communication disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
• Deliver personalized therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
• Continuously evaluate progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Train patients, their families, and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing skills
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress

License and Certification:
Must hold a valid SLP certificate before the start of employment.
Required certifications: CPR, TB skin test, Auto Insurance, and Driver License
Education, Training, and Experience:

Minimum qualifications: Completion of an Associate degree or graduation from a Speech-Language Pathology assistant certificate program.
Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
