We are currently seeking a Senior Design and Build Manager for our team in Napa, CA.

• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of capital projects to support regional and system-wide initiatives.

• You will lead a project team and ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are met.

• You will work on complex projects and manage a team of third-party vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and management to meet construction project goals

• Reviewing project reports for accuracy and completeness

• Updating design and construction managers

• Effectively communicating technical standards to the construction management team

• Ensuring compliance with applicable codes and requirements

• Developing and maintaining project budgets

• Maintaining project cost data

• Managing RFPs for architectural and construction services

• Facilitating design and construction meetings

• Reviewing design documents for quality and compliance

• Developing infection control procedures

• Monitoring compliance with procedures during construction

• Approving add services, change orders, invoices, and pay applications

• Managing project milestones and schedules

• Overseeing architects and general contractors

• Communicating with project vendors and stakeholders

• Inspecting construction progress

• Participating in furniture selection and move-in

• Coordinating internal teams and operations

• Maintaining project administration files

• Completing project move-in and close-out

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in construction management

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare-specific construction management

• 3+ years of supervisory experience

• Proven experience in land use practices and procedures

• Extensive experience in analyzing and negotiating financial terms

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Administration
