We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional claims services by thoroughly investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling property claims. We embrace innovative technologies, such as drone inspections, to ensure efficient and accurate claim processing. Additionally, our virtual claim handling software helps us guide clients through the claims process smoothly and professionally.

As a Field Property Claims Adjuster, you will have the opportunity to work remotely within your assigned territory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough investigations of claims, assess policy coverage, and negotiate and settle claims efficiently

- Initiate contact with insureds, claimants, and relevant parties to gather information and explain the claims process

- Perform physical and/or virtual property inspections as required, evaluate damages, and prepare written estimates in accordance with policy provisions and liability

Required Qualifications:

- Multilingual skills are preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (or similar software), Xactimate, and/or other claims estimating tools

- Solid knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of experience, education, and training

- Active adjuster's license as required by the states of operation

- This role includes working from a virtual office and a company-provided vehicle for transportation to appointments

- Willingness to work beyond regular business hours based on business needs

- Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile

- Physical ability to navigate and inspect damaged properties, including walking, reaching, climbing, and crawling in adverse weather conditions

- Ability to lift, carry, and climb ladders weighing up to 50 pounds for roof inspections

- May be called upon for catastrophic duty if necessary

Salary: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
