We are seeking a Senior Property Claims Representative to join our field claims team. In this role, you will deliver a consistently positive and satisfactory claims experience for our clients. This involves conducting thorough investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and settlements of property claims. You will also have the opportunity to utilize innovative technologies such as drones for property inspections. Alongside conducting on-site inspections, we employ virtual claim handling software to guide our clients through the claim process efficiently and expertly.
This position requires full-time field work within the designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate claims by assessing policy coverage, evaluating damages, negotiating settlements, and reaching resolution.
- Initiate communication with insured individuals, claimants, and other relevant parties to collect necessary information and explain the claims process.
- Conduct physical and/or virtual inspections of damaged properties, assess damages, and prepare written estimates in accordance with policy terms and liabilities.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Preference given to candidates with multilingual proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft WORD and Excel (or equivalent), Xactimate, and/or other claims estimating software.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
- Valid adjuster's licensing as mandated by applicable states.
- This role operates in a hybrid remote and virtual office environment, with a mobile office/company vehicle provided for transportation.
- Availability for work beyond regular business hours as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile.
- Physical dexterity to perform inspections, including walking, reaching, climbing, and crawling, even in unfavorable conditions or inclement weather.
- Ability to lift, carry, and climb ladders weighing up to 50 pounds for roof inspections.
- Possible assignment for catastrophic duty.
Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
