Join our dynamic field claims team as a Senior Property Claims Representative. In this role, you will ensure a consistent and satisfactory claims experience for our clients by conducting thorough investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and settlements of property claims. You will have the opportunity to learn and utilize innovative technologies, such as drone inspections for property assessments. Additionally, our virtual claim handling software enables us to guide our clients seamlessly through the claims process.

This position offers full-time field work within the designated territory.

Responsibilities:

- Investigating claims by assessing policy coverage, evaluating damages, and negotiating fair settlements.

- Initiating contact with insured individuals, claimants, and relevant parties to gather essential information, obtain recorded statements (as needed), and explain the claims process thoroughly.

- Conducting physical and/or virtual inspections of damaged properties (as necessary), assessing damages, and preparing written estimates in compliance with policy provisions and liability.

Requirements:

- Preferred multilingual capabilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft WORD and Excel (or equivalent software), Xactimate, and/or other claims estimating tools (as applicable).

- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques.

- Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.

- Must hold the necessary adjuster's license as required by the states in which we operate.

- This role involves working from a remote/home office and utilizing a mobile office/company vehicle for transportation to appointments.

- Flexibility in working beyond regular business hours to meet business demands.

- Possession and maintenance of a valid driver's license for operating an automobile.

- Physical ability to walk, reach, climb, and crawl to inspect damage, even in unfavorable conditions or inclement weather.

- Capability to lift, carry, and climb ladders weighing up to 50 pounds for roof inspections (if required).

- May be called upon for catastrophic duty.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
