· Manage all manufacturing-related policies, procedures, and programs, providing expert guidance to other HRBPs.

· Cultivate trusted relationships that align with the company's culture, vision, and values.

· Assist the HR Leadership Team in connecting people initiatives with the business vision and strategy, implementing change, and supporting business growth.

· Deliver valuable thought leadership and HR/employee relations advice to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and mitigating risks.

· Provide guidance to line managers on coaching, counseling, career development, succession and talent management, performance appraisal, and disciplinary measures.

· Create and implement HR solutions that drive performance improvement and support business objectives.

· Collaborate with managers and leaders to assess and prepare for future talent needs, managing internal transitions and promotions effectively.

· Lead change management initiatives, equipping managers and leaders with the necessary tools to drive change successfully.

· Collaborate with Corporate Centers of Excellence (COEs) in leadership development, compensation, benefits, and staffing to support organizational initiatives.

· Manage and enhance the plant apprenticeship program support.

· Serve as administrative backup for the HR performance management system.

· Participate in or lead assigned projects, providing support to the VP of Global Human Resources with reports, metrics, and various projects.

· Develop and maintain all HR policies and ensure their implementation across the organization.

· Support learning and development opportunities for employees.

· Leadership: Act as a team leader, coordinating team efforts, providing expert guidance, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.


· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience, plus PHR designation preferred.

· Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, handling complex employee relations matters.

· Demonstrated ability to liaise between multiple HR functions, with a focus on areas such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent assessments, succession planning, engagement/retention, and learning and development.

· Solid understanding of various HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with advanced skills in spreadsheet management and data analysis.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment with a focus on growth.

· Strong leadership qualities, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
