Sr Project Manager - Retail Construction

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will closely collaborate with the AVP of Construction to oversee multiple commercial development projects. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with various teams such as Development, Design, Legal, Leasing, Finance, and Property Management to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing multiple redevelopment projects
• Driving construction planning, execution, and financial management
• Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Coordinating with development teams from project inception to completion
• Managing vendor contracts and cultivating general contractor relationships
• Supervising project consultants and construction managers
• Preparing monthly financial and progress reports
• Reviewing and approving change orders
• Creating comprehensive development schedules with the Senior Development Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience managing commercial construction projects
• Preferred experience with national general contractors or developers
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Strong project management skills and financial oversight abilities
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel as required
