Requirements for success:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Extensive manufacturing experience ranging from 10 to 20 years, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years in manufacturing management
Specialized in customized production
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to be hands-on when needed and hands-off when appropriate
Strong focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Forward-thinking individual with strong problem-solving capabilities

Additional Details

The facility, located at Industrial Park, specializes in the production of automotive signage and branding elements
Customized production is a key aspect of our operations
Key operations include thermoforming, CNC machining, metalworking, welding and fabrication, vinyl/graphic application, paint, and assembly
The factory operates from Monday to Thursday, with overtime on Fridays, and occasional (but not preferred) work on Saturdays
Work schedules consist of 10-hour shifts with staggered starts, beginning at 4:00am
Direct supervision of 4 to 6 employees
The factory has approximately 60 to 80 hourly employees
Production supervisors are categorized as hourly non-exempt
The role of the Manufacturing Manager is salaried and exempt
Expected work effort is approximately 50 to 60 hours per week
