Sr. Production Manager – Fabrication
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Sr. Fabrication Manager to join our team in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Primary Responsibilities
As the Fabrication Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the productivity of our manufacturing department. Your role will involve managing equipment, materials, and the workforce to ensure plant production, development, and quality initiatives are met.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager and senior leadership to coordinate workflow and ensure the production of high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner.
Manage and coordinate the manufacturing environment, including materials and equipment, to meet production, quality, and cost goals.
Develop and implement production schedules, rates, and capacity plans, as well as processing methods and times.
Plan and allocate budget for production resources, including equipment, materials, and workforce.
Foster and maintain a safety-conscious manufacturing environment.
Direct first-line supervisors in their reporting and scheduling activities.
Facilitate communication of corrective action plans, resolutions, and quality results within the department.
Analyze reports and reviews provided by first-line supervisors.
Conduct annual performance appraisals for all direct reports.
Act as a mentor to foster a professional and motivated workforce.
Assist in company/plant planning by preparing department budgets, providing expenditure recommendations, and forecasting workforce/space requirements.
Report production, quality, maintenance, or personnel issues to the Director of Operations.
Perform any other necessary or assigned activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 8 years of supervisory/management experience.
Extensive experience in manufacturing, including significant management and supervision responsibilities.
Proficiency in lean production principles and metrics.
Ability to compile and interpret various metrics and reports.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective corrective measures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the plant.
