Our office located in Alpharetta, GA is currently in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to contribute to our expanding electrical power and control systems offerings.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with at least 8 years of project management experience in the engineering field, with a preference for those with a background in electrical power and control systems.

Desired Qualities:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with construction management and project controls experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently while also being open to seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of sound engineering principles and practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.


Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.

Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is also desirable.


  • Oversee all aspects of project management for one or more projects, starting from initial opportunity identification and proposal generation to project kickoff, execution, and closeout.
  • Manage safety, quality, scope, budget, and schedule for the projects.
  • Create new opportunity proposals, estimates, and relevant documentation.
  • Lead project kickoff, execution, and closeout using standard company tools, processes, and procedures, including the development and maintenance of job safety analysis, budget, schedule, cost tracking/analysis/forecasting, change order management, client status updates, progress meetings, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal technical team members to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution of the technical project scope, and review technical deliverables as necessary.
  • Coordinate with Division leadership to identify and resolve resource constraints promptly.
  • Support the implementation of the company's Quality Management & Best Practices program within assigned projects.
  • Support the implementation of the company's NFPA 70E Electrical Awareness & Training program within assigned projects.
  • Manage client support calls, including after-hours calls, to facilitate resource assignment, prompt issue identification, and resolution.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time, including air travel when necessary.
