SENIOR BUILDING DESIGN ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in progressive Structural Design
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering
Registered Professional Engineer in Structural Engineering
Proficiency in designing building structures including concrete, steel, masonry, and wood
Experience in structural inspections and rehabilitation is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of our strategic growth plans
Develop and prepare construction documents for structural engineering projects
Design both gravity and lateral building structural systems
Foster and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
Plan and estimate project work scope and resource requirements
Oversee major and minor design projects from inception to completion
Prepare and review design drawings and specifications
