JOB TITLE: Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of diverse experience in Structural Design
- Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering
- Registered Professional and Structural Engineer
- Proven expertise in designing building structures using concrete, steel, masonry, and wood
- Experience in conducting structural inspections and rehabilitation projects is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in driving our projected growth
- Responsible for developing and preparing structural engineering construction documents
- Create innovative building structural systems, both gravity and lateral
- Establish and foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Plan and estimate workloads and resource requirements within budgetary constraints
- Successfully manage major and minor design projects from inception to completion
- Thoroughly review and verify accuracy of design drawings and specifications
