Sr. Swiss CNC Machinist
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team as a Senior CNC Machining Technician. The position will be located in Holbrook, NY.
1. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines. Experience with Cad/Cam software is a definite plus.
2. The candidate should possess knowledge of tooling and have the capability to grind tools as needed.
3. This role requires the candidate to manage 3-4 machines and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
4. Proficiency in understanding and interpreting blueprints, as well as working with various types of materials, is essential.
5. Familiarity with Star Swiss type machines is preferred, but we are open to considering experience with other Swiss Machine models like Citizen or Tsugami.
6. Prior experience in a job shop setting would be advantageous, although not required.
