Our client, an esteemed AmLaw 100 law firm, is hiring a passionate and skilled Real Estate Legal Counsel to join its Corporate division at the Baltimore office. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal counsel to become part of a growing and fast-paced practice, providing a wide range of corporate services to a diverse clientele.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduated from a top-tier law school with distinction, holding a Juris Doctor (JD).
• Admitted to the Maryland State Bar.
• Brings a minimum of four years of experience dealing with commercial real estate matters in a substantive capacity.
• Proficient in handling real estate closings, acquisitions, sales, and financial transactions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel on general corporate matters pertaining to commercial real estate transactions, intellectual property concerns, litigation strategy, and business disputes.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to oversee intricate transactions and deliver effective legal solutions.
• Support and interact with a diverse client portfolio on a local and national level, spanning across various industries.
• Enhance the firm's reputation by participating in community organizations and initiatives.
