Job Title: Staff Educator / Employee Health Nurse / Education RN

Salary Range: $27.75 – $45.47 per hour

A critical access hospital located just outside of Wichita, KS is seeking a Staff Educator / Employee Health Nurse / Education RN to join their dedicated team. What You’ll Be Doing:

Staff Education

• Plan, implement, and evaluate orientation and continuing education programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.

• Collaborate with department leaders to assess educational needs and maintain staff competencies.

• Deliver individual and group instruction aligned with best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in providing family and community education as needed.

Employee Health Nurse

• Oversee the employee health program, ensuring compliance with immunization and health regulations.

• Develop and implement policies to promote workplace safety and employee well-being.

• Serve as a resource and consultant across the organization for employee health initiatives.

• Participate in continuous improvement through research, education, and policy development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.

• Current RN license in the state of Kansas.

• Several years of nursing experience required.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

• Must qualify as an AHA BLS Instructor; AHA Faculty Member preferred.

• Certification as a Nurse Educator preferred (or willingness to obtain within 2 years).

• Strong technical, instructional, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $27.75–$45.47, based on experience and certifications.
