Store AGM – Branded Quick Service Restaurant

We are a franchise with 10 QSR stores located in NJ, NY, MD, and PA. Currently, we have an opening for the position of Assistant General Manager in our Binghamton, NY location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation and leading a team of 40+ employees to ensure exceptional customer experience and product quality. Your duties will include team management, onboarding new associates, training and development, customer service, expense control, inventory management, local marketing initiatives, and acting as a brand ambassador to drive sales and foster customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 1 year of QSR restaurant management experience. This experience should include hiring and training teams, motivating employees, creating work schedules, implementing productivity measures, managing food ordering systems, ensuring store cleanliness, handling cash, conducting sales promotions, and excelling in customer service. Additionally, you should hold a ServSafe certification and be able to work a flexible schedule, including rotating day shifts and mid-shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary of $60-70K, paid weekly, along with a monthly bonus plan ranging from $600 to $800. In addition, we provide medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a profit-sharing plan, a 401k plan with a match, 14 days of paid time off, and 3 paid holidays.
