Store AGM – Branded Quick Service Restaurant

We are a QSR franchise with 10 freestanding locations in NJ, NY, MD, and PA.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Assistant General Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the entire operation and lead a team of 40+ employees. Your goal will be to create a welcoming environment for guests and ensure excellent product quality.

Your duties will include leading the team, hiring and onboarding new associates, training and developing them to provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for controlling expenses, managing food orders, implementing local store marketing initiatives, and acting as a brand ambassador to drive sales and foster customer loyalty.


It is also required to have ServSafe certification and be available for a flexible work schedule. The management workweek is 5 days with a total of 49 hours, encompassing rotating day shifts and mid-shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:

In this position, you will receive a base salary of $55-60K paid weekly. Additionally, you will be eligible for a monthly bonus plan ranging from $500 to $700. We also offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, a profit-sharing plan, a 401k plan with matching contributions, 14 days of paid time off, and 3 paid holidays.
