Store AGM – Branded Quick Service Restaurant

We are a successful QSR franchise with multiple freestanding locations in NJ, NY, MD, PA, and NJ.

Job Summary:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the entire operation and leading a team of 40+ staff members. Your primary goal will be to ensure that guests feel welcomed and satisfied with our excellent product quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including team leadership, hiring and training new associates, developing their skills, promoting excellent customer service, managing expenses, placing orders, implementing local store marketing strategies, and representing our brand to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in QSR restaurant management. Your experience should cover areas such as team hiring, development, motivation, scheduling, productivity, food ordering systems, store sanitation, cash management, sales promotions, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Having a ServSafe certification is a must.

A flexible schedule is required as you will be working 5 days a week for a total of 49 hours. Your work shifts will include a mix of rotating day shifts and mid-shifts.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, paid on a weekly basis. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus of $600 to $800. Other benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a profit-sharing plan, a 401k plan with employer match, 14 days of paid time off, and 3 paid holidays.
