Store AGM – Branded Quick Service Restaurant

Our company operates 10 store QSR franchises with locations in various states including NJ, NY, MD, and PA.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist in the overall management of our store and lead a team of over 40 employees. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our guests feel at home and receive top-quality products.

The role entails leading the team, welcoming new associates, providing training and development opportunities, teaching exceptional customer service skills, managing expenses, placing orders, implementing local store marketing strategies, and promoting the brand to drive sales and customer loyalty.


To qualify for this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in QSR restaurant management. This includes expertise in hiring and developing teams, motivating employees, creating schedules, maximizing productivity, handling food ordering systems, maintaining store cleanliness, managing cash, implementing sales promotions, and delivering outstanding customer service.

A ServSafe certification is also required, and you must be available to work a flexible schedule. The management workweek consists of 5 days and 49 hours, with a combination of rotating day shifts and mid-shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a base salary of $55-60K per year, which is paid weekly. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses ranging from $500 to $700. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a profit sharing plan, a 401k plan with matching contributions, 14 days of paid time off, and 3 paid holidays.
