We are a Quick-Service Franchise with locations in NY, MD, PA, and MD.

Primary Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Store Manager, your main role will be to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and lead a team of 10+ employees. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our products meet high-quality standards.

You will also play a crucial part in managing the restaurant's profit and loss by implementing effective business strategies, controlling expenses, focusing on customer satisfaction, handling inventory and ordering, and actively engaging in local store marketing to attract new customers and build repeat business. Additionally, you will represent our brand and contribute to driving sales through various initiatives.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant management of a Quick-Service Restaurant. Your expertise should include areas such as team building, sales building promotions, customer service, hiring, training, marketing, ordering, scheduling, and profit and loss management.

You should also have a strong understanding of systems management, food quality, food safety, sanitation practices, inventory management, goal setting, delegation, and reporting. Possessing a ServSafe certification is required.

Additionally, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes five 10-hour shifts per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this role is $60-65K per year, with weekly pay. You will also have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus of $600-$700 based on performance.
