Store GM – Quick Service Restaurant
We are a fast-growing QSR franchise with 10 stores located in NJ, NY, MD, PA, and NJ.
About the Role:
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation and leading a team of 40+ members. Your main focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high product quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
You will be in charge of managing the P&L through strategic business planning, controlling expenses, motivating and developing the team, implementing excellent customer service practices, organizing food orders, implementing local marketing initiatives, and acting as a brand ambassador to drive sales and customer loyalty.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in the QSR industry, with proven expertise in team management, staff development, motivation, scheduling, productivity improvement, food ordering systems, store hygiene and sanitation, cash management, budget management, sales promotions, local store marketing, and exceptional customer service.
- ServSafe certification.
- Flexibility in your schedule, with the ability to work 5-day, 10-hour shifts.
- Base Salary: $70-80K (paid weekly) + Monthly bonus plan ($800) + 1% share of monthly store profit, distributed after 12 months.
