Store Manager

We have a Store Manager position available at our boutique in Detroit, MI. The schedule for this position will align with our boutique hours, with weekdays typically from 10:30 am to 7 pm. Weekend availability is required based on business needs.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales, ensuring a positive customer experience, managing daily operations, and developing employees. We expect you to effectively lead, motivate, retain, and hold your team accountable. You will work collaboratively with our boutique teams and report to the District Sales Manager.

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. A passion to empower, encourage, and celebrate both our clients and team members is essential for success in this position.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Retail Manager (Bridal experience is a plus!)

1+ year(s) of sales experience

5+ years of customer service experience

Proficiency in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office

Reliable transportation

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High school degree

Salary: Annual salary plus individual and store bonuses, averaging around $70,000 per year!
