Store Manager
Our Retail Operations Lead will work in our Nashville, TN location. Their schedule will align with our boutique hours, which typically range from 10:30am – 7pm on weekdays. This position will require availability on weekends, as needed.
In this role, the Retail Operations Lead will be responsible for sales, customer experience, daily operations, and employee development. They will be expected to lead, manage, and hold their team accountable. The Retail Operations Lead will collaborate with our boutique teams and report to the District Sales Manager.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. The Retail Operations Lead must have a passion for empowering, encouraging, and celebrating both our clients and our team members.

Qualifications:
·2+ years of experience as a Retail Manager (Bridal experience is a plus!)
·1+ year(s) of sales experience
·5+ years of customer service experience
·Proficiency in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office
·Reliable transportation
·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: Annual salary + commission and bonus, averaging $70,000 per year!
