Store Manager
As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our boutique in Indianapolis, IN. Your schedule will align with our boutique hours, typically ranging from 10:30am to 7pm on weekdays. The role requires weekend availability to meet business needs.
In this position, you will be accountable for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing daily operations and fostering the development of our employees. Collaboration with our boutique teams will be key, and you will report directly to the District Sales Manager.
We are seeking candidates with outstanding communication skills and a strategic mindset. As a Retail Supervisor, it will be essential for you to have a passion for empowering and celebrating both our clients and team members.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with CRM software is preferred, and proficiency in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office is necessary. You must also have reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Manager. Bridal experience is a plus!
At least 1 year of sales experience.
At least 5 years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office.
A high school degree.

Salary: Annual salary plus individual and store bonuses, averaging $70,000 per year!
