The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a relationship-driven Strategic Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. If you thrive on collaboration, strategic thinking, and creating smart sales solutions, this is your chance to make an impact.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Execution

  • Create customized proposals, pricing, and quotes tailored to customer needs

  • Collaborate with internal sales and cross-functional teams

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and support strategic initiatives

  • Work closely with production to ensure product quality and consistency

  • Keep accurate records within CRM/ERP systems

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development

  • Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new opportunities

  • Engage decision-makers and promote our products and capabilities

  • Build a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects

  • Focus on high-potential markets and customer segments

  • Support aligned marketing and sales campaigns

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers

  • Track and document all customer interactions

  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Sales or account management experience with a technical mindset

  • Must be able to work onsite (this is not a remote role)

  • Comfortable using measurement tools and reading blueprints

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and organized

  • Willing to complete pre-employment screening

  • Self-starter who also thrives in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in outbound prospecting or technical sales

  • Familiarity with metal products or engineered manufacturing solutions

  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems

  • Understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes

  • Strong tech and Microsoft Office skills
