We are seeking a highly motivated entry-level Structural Engineer (EIT) to join our team. With a growing backlog and a roster of great clients, this position offers significant potential for professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Design is a plus.
• 0-2+ years of experience in Structural Design, with a focus on Steel Design (strongly preferred).
• Some travel will be required during the first 18 months, typically involving 4-6 weeks out of town every few months.
• Must be a self-starter and demonstrate eagerness to learn and take on responsibilities.
• EIT Certification is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must.
• Proficiency in RAM Steel or Tekla BIM Modeling is preferable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring sponsorship.
