We are hiring a dynamic Surgery Center Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a state-of-the-art, 2-OR outpatient surgical facility in Indiana. Specializing in ENT, Orthopedics, and Pain Management, the center is equipped with advanced technology and staffed by a dedicated clinical team. This role is ideal for a driven leader ready to ensure top-tier patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate all operational aspects of the surgery center

• Ensure clinical programs comply with regulatory and accreditation standards

• Develop and implement a continuous quality improvement strategy

• Partner with the Medical Director and clinical teams to resolve issues and enhance services

• Represent the facility in corporate administrative meetings and strategic planning initiatives

• Oversee staffing, budgets, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure operational excellence

• Drive growth and performance across surgical specialties
