The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Work a rotating schedule with five days on and twelve hours per day, followed by six consecutive days off every three weeks.
- Perform electro-mechanical maintenance tasks on various paper product making machinery.
- Operate and maintain AC and DC drive systems.
- Handle programming and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Capability to work a five-day, twelve-hour rotating shift with a block of six days off every three weeks.
- Possession of an electrical mechanical or related degree.
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Experience with AC and DC drive systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (typically, every other month for two days) as required.
- Availability to work Saturdays, if required.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Demonstration of consistent employment history without multiple short-term jobs.
- Legal residency status as a United States citizen or Green Card holder.
- Residence located within a 45-minute commute from De Pere, Wisconsin.
