Tax Manager
Remote Tax and Audit Manager in Idaho
Our company is in search of a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Tax Manager and Audit Manager. We are looking for someone who holds a CPA credential and has at least 5 years of experience in tax and/or audit functions. The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, working 32 hours per week during the summer and 50+ hours per week during tax season.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding supervisory, interpersonal, motivational, and delegation abilities
- Eligibility for CPA licensure
- Strong aptitude for accounting and analysis
- Capability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and work autonomously
- Recent experience of 2-5 years in public accounting
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships related to tax and audit matters and coordinate the provision of additional services.
- Supervise and oversee staff, including daily tasks and career development.
- Ensure that client service is of the highest quality and maintain client satisfaction.
- Conduct and supervise audits, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
