Tax and Audit Manager Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Tax and Audit Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a CPA certification and have at least 5 years of experience in tax and/or audit functions. Our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and operates on a 32-hour work week during the summer, while requiring 50+ hour work weeks during tax season.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Outstanding supervisory, interpersonal, motivational, and delegation skills
• Eligibility for CPA licensure
• Superb accounting and analytical proficiencies
• Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently
• 2-5 years of recent experience in public accounting

Responsibilities:

• Oversee client relationships and manage tax and audit matters, coordinating additional services as needed
• Supervise and mentor staff, overseeing their daily activities and supporting their career development
• Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction by providing top-quality service
• Conduct and manage audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
