As the Tax Supervisor, you will oversee the management of tax-related matters and provide strategic guidance and support to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the financial stability and success of our organization.

The primary responsibility of a Tax Supervisor is to ensure accurate and efficient tax compliance and financial management for our organization. Here is a comprehensive job description for the role:

  1. Tax Planning and Compliance: Develop and implement tax strategies to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Prepare and review tax returns and forms, and provide guidance on tax-efficient strategies.

  2. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and reporting to assess the organization's financial health and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.

  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

  4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets. Provide timely and reliable financial reports to stakeholders.

  5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing internal controls and ensuring data integrity. Recommend improvements to financial systems and processes.

Basic Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required
  • An MBA or CPA certification is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and financial management
  • Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Experience with financial analysis and reporting
