QUALIFICATIONS

• Desire to become a Partner within two years and exceed expectations
• Minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Income Tax Provisions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with various accounting software
• Strong time management skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
• CPA designation or law degree required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to provide innovative individual and business tax planning, consulting, and compliance services
• Show expertise in handling both individual and business tax returns, with a focus on flow through entities
• Ensure client and team satisfaction by maintaining open communication and sharing tax saving strategies
• Work closely with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and staff on client management and professional development
• Lead and supervise team members to manage responsibilities and meet client engagement deadlines
• Develop skills to attract new clients and expand business opportunities with existing clients
• Stay updated on legislative and professional changes, advising clients on potential implications
• Represent the firm professionally in the business community and participate in client development activities
• Embody and promote the firm's culture, values, and client service principles
