Position: Tax Senior
Location: Fully Remote (must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Montana)

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a Tax Senior with a strong tax background. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with 3 years of public accounting experience, with a primary focus on tax services. The firm values exceptional client service and promotes a healthy work-life balance, offering a 32-hour workweek in the summer and 50+ hours during tax season.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3 years of recent tax experience in public accounting
• Strong tax background in past 12 months

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead tax practice operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Accurately prepare and review clients’ tax returns in a timely manner
