Tax -Senior Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in various accounting software
• Strong time management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
• CPA designation or law degree required
• Experience working with high net worth clients and/or construction industry

• Engage closely with clients and team members to provide innovative and proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for individuals and businesses
• Specialize in preparing individual and business tax returns, with a focus on flow-through entities

• Ensure client and team satisfaction by maintaining open communication, meeting deadlines, and sharing tax-saving strategies
• Collaborate with partners, directors, senior managers, and staff on client management, professional development, and business development initiatives
• Supervise and lead associate and senior associate team members to successfully complete client engagements
• Develop skills to attract new clients and promote the firm's services, fostering business growth with existing clients
• Stay updated on legislative and professional changes, providing clients with expert advice on potential implications
• Participate in networking events to generate new client opportunities and represent the firm in the business community
• Demonstrate continual commitment to the firm's culture, values, and client service principles
• Showcase strong communication, intuition, and resourcefulness to inspire others in developing similar skills
