Position: Tax Senior
Location: ONSITE, with remote work options available for residents of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Montana.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a Tax Senior to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with 3 years of public accounting experience, with a strong focus on tax. Our client is dedicated to delivering high-quality client service and offers a balanced work schedule, including a 32-hour work week during the summer and extended hours (50+) during tax season.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3 years of tax experience in public accounting
• Strong tax expertise within the last 12 months

Skills Required:

• Strong client service orientation
• Excellent accounting and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Lead the efficient and effective operations of the tax practice area
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and review of clients' tax returns
• Contribute to a dynamic, supportive work environment focused on professional development and advancement
