Tax Supervisor / Manager
Location: Deerfield, IL
Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000

Must Have's:

• BS in Accounting or Taxation
• Active CPA license
• At least 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm
• At least 3 years of tax experience

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for businesses, partnerships, individuals, trusts, and not-for-profits

• Conduct research on tax issues and filing requirements to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities

• Perform in-depth, efficient reviews of all assigned tax engagements

• Gain a thorough understanding of each client’s business to assist in tax structuring and modeling

• Manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines with professionalism and accuracy

• Stay current on tax law changes and apply knowledge to client situations

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and become a trusted advisor

What You’ll Need

• BS in Accounting or Taxation; MSA or MST preferred

• Active CPA license

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm

• Minimum 3 years of tax experience

• Excellent communication, tax research, and writing skills

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead a team
