We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Technical Sales Representative specializing in Particle Characterization instruments. This role covers the states of Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. The ideal candidate will be based near Denver, CO, although we will consider candidates in other major cities within the territory.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $83,800 to $90,100, based on experience in capital equipment sales. Specific industry experience is preferred. As part of the compensation package, we offer an uncapped commission plan that pays monthly from the first dollar and includes bonuses for achieving and surpassing targets. Our comprehensive benefits package includes car/mileage reimbursement, profit sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing and cultivating new accounts while effectively managing existing accounts.
• Delivering presentations to both small and large audiences, including C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians.
• Qualifying opportunities, creating proposals, and successfully closing business deals.

Skills and qualifications required for this role:

• Previous experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of analytical instruments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or engineering is preferred.
• Willingness to travel overnight frequently (up to 75%).
• Possession of a valid driver's license and passport.
