Our company is seeking a Particle Characterization Sales Specialist to drive business growth in particle sizing, zeta potential, surface, and porosity methods in the Southern California, NV, and AZ region. The ideal candidate will be located near Los Angeles, CA, but other major cities within the territory may also be considered.

The salary range for this position is between $89,000/year and $96,000/year. Our commission plan is uncapped and pays monthly from dollar one, with additional bonuses for exceeding targets. In addition, we offer a monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement. We provide full benefits, contribute to your 401k profit sharing, and offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Generating and cultivating new accounts, as well as effectively managing existing accounts.
• Delivering presentations to both small and large audiences, including C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians.
• Identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing proposals, and closing business deals.

Skills and qualifications required for this position:

• Previous experience in technical sales, preferably in analytical instruments sales.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Preferably holding a Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or engineering.
• Willingness to travel frequently, with overnight stays required (up to 75% travel).
• Possessing a valid driver's license and passport.
