Technical Sales Representative (Corrugate)

This role requires the candidate to reside in Texas, but not necessarily in Dallas. Being centrally located within the state would be convenient, but it is not a requirement.

- Residence within one hour of the designated sites is required.
Qualified candidates will receive a base salary along with commissions. Once established, there is also the option to earn uncapped commissions. Relocation assistance is not available, so candidates should be local or willing to relocate independently. Residence within one hour of the sites is acceptable.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for effectively managing existing customer accounts and identifying new opportunities to achieve annual sales goals.
As a Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing relationships with current customers, prospecting and engaging new customers, collaborating with management on budget planning, leveraging open machine capacity and value-added services, and supporting cross-functional teams to execute the sales strategy.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Clearly communicate the sales vision and strategy to identify leads, manage prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve or surpass individual sales goals to contribute to the organization's annual targets
- Effectively use CRM system (Salesforce.com) to consistently manage opportunities and pipeline
- Build relationships with customers at multiple levels within their organizational structure
- Manage and negotiate multi-year contracts
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive Commercial Excellence by developing new accounts, growing existing accounts, improving margins, and providing enterprise sales support
- Leverage internal resources to stay informed about market trends and competition
- Analyze monthly financial summaries to track progress against budget targets
- Develop strategies to meet long-term commercial objectives based on market dynamics and business drivers
- Foster relationships with other internal facilities to generate additional revenue streams
- Identify and qualify prospective customers according to the sales strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the overall sales strategy
- Identify opportunities to add value and improve margins in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
What you'll need:
- 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in the manufacturing or service industry)
- Experience in sales execution and pipeline management
- Ability to influence others across different functions to achieve results
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated competence in sales and financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI and QlikView
