As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for a high volume of verbal and written communication with customers. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent telephone support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers with ordering parts and processing returns
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to create accurate quotes for parts
  • Entering orders and returns into the system

The successful candidate for this role must have the following qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience in customer support
  • At least three years of experience in project management
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and fluid power
  • A mechanical mindset with exceptional communication skills
  • A proven track record of reliable and quality work
  • Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
  • Must reside within a 45-minute commuting distance
