POSITION: Territory Manager

LOCATION: Richmond, VA

Territory - Southern Virginia - Richmond, VA to Virginia Beach, Chesapeake. Also covers Roanoke, Blacksburg.

The ideal candidate resides in Richmond, VA or Virginia Beach, VA

5 years of business-to-business sales experience selling for companies such as ADP, Paychex, Cintas, or Pitney Bowes.

Two plus years of preferred experience in direct medical laser sales and capital equipment sales in a B2B setting.

Familiarity with selling to physicians in private, group, and hospital settings is a plus.

Base salary ranging from $55k to $65k, with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $100k to $120k.

Additional perks include a monthly car allowance of $675, reimbursement for gas and travel expenses, and entertainment allowances.

The client offers participation in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K matching.

Position Summary

The client is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for the Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine territories.

As the driving force behind the client's growth, your role in this dynamic territory involves representing their industry-leading products, connecting with top professionals, and playing a significant role in your clients' success. This position requires exceeding sales targets, devising strategic plans, delivering captivating presentations, and forming long-lasting partnerships. It is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to introduce groundbreaking technology to the medical and aesthetic industries.

In This Role, You Will

  • Establish and maintain client relationships, educate them, and conduct product demonstrations at trade shows
  • Create and execute strategies to boost sales
  • Conduct market research and manage the assigned territory
  • Support in-service training and provide post-sale customer support
  • Liaise with Field Service and other company staff

  • Five years of sales experience
