Key responsibilities for the successful candidate include:

• Working third shift hours from 11 pm to 7 am, potentially extending to 9 hours.
• Gaining a strong understanding of the production processes.
• Overseeing, leading, motivating, training, and providing feedback to a team of three production employees.
• Acting as a hands-on supervisor while actively participating in the production setup process, including tool installation, material mixing, and resin loading.
• Performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on hoppers and grinders.
• Conducting sampling tasks as required.
