TITLE INSURANCE SALES ASSOCIATE - NAPLES/MARCO ISLAND
Location: East Naples, Florida/Marco Island, Florida

Candidate Profile:
- Education Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 2–5 years of successful sales experience in the residential title/real estate industry.
- Qualifications:
- A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and leveraging social media for business development.
- An ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients to build a strong client base.
- Create targeted customer lists through networking, industry events, and lead-generation sources.
- Execute a strategic outreach plan through cold calling, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations to potential clients, including real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
- Demonstrate flexibility by delivering customized and compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of each prospective client.
- Attendance at industry events and networking functions to maintain market visibility and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful local campaigns and enhance brand recognition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the company’s CRM system.
