Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of proven success in sales within the residential title insurance, finance, or real estate industry.
- Valid driver’s license needed for travel in the assigned territory.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Demonstration of perseverance, determination, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Experience using Salesforce or other sales CRM systems and utilizing social media for business growth.
- Adaptability and the ability to identify new business prospects in evolving market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, as well as build and maintain a strong client base.
- Create targeted customer lists through networking, industry events, and lead-generation sources.
- Implement a strategic outreach plan by conducting cold calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations to potential clients, including real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that cater to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to maintain market visibility and stay informed about title, real estate, and financial industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful local campaigns and enhance brand recognition.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
