✅ Must-Haves:

• High School diploma or GED

• Technical certification in Machine Tool & Die or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of machining/tool & die experience

• Strong skills in mechanical drawing interpretation

• Hands-on experience with lathes, milling machines, CNCs, surface grinders, and more

• Proven ability to work safely, independently, and within a team

• Comfortable with medium-to-heavy lifting (up to 65 lbs)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair stamping dies and related equipment

• Set up machines and prep tooling to meet production specs

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Operate conventional machines including lathes, mills, CNCs, grinders, and band saws

• Maintain records for tool & die and critical spares programs

• Collaborate with operators, maintenance teams, and supervisors across shifts

• Support routine and preventative maintenance efforts

• Work with a variety of dies, including progressive and transfer stamping dies
