Tooling Design and Development Engineer - Inventor Focus - Plastic Product Manufacturing

Location: Elm Grove, Wisconsin (Onsite Only)
Status: Full-time, Permanent W-2 Employee
Compensation: Up to $79,000 annually + Full Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop tooling and fixtures using Autodesk Inventor, iLogic, and AutoCAD Mechanical

• Partner with maintenance, manufacturing, and contractors to drive tool improvement initiatives

• Evaluate existing processes and identify enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and cost

• Recommend tooling and process changes to management for operational improvements

• Troubleshoot tooling-related issues on the shop floor and support ongoing improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tool and Die and/or Tool Design with a strong focus on Autodesk Inventor (or similar software)

• Associate degree in a related technical field or equivalent hands-on experience

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and effectively diagnose tooling or process issues

• Strong work ethic and consistent employment history

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder

• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Elm Grove, WI
