Key Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategies for complex, high-stakes cases in both federal and state courts.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Present nuanced constitutional and legal arguments in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Collaborate with a team of talented attorneys across multiple offices to deliver top-tier legal services.
• Build cases for trial by developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking or defending depositions.

Experience with public entity representation, land use, or eminent domain is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, including significant expertise in complex case management.
• Proven ability to draft and argue dispositive motions in state and federal court.
• Superior research, writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in public entity law, land use, or eminent domain is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

💼 Salary Range: $190,000 – $275,000
